Welcome to music.macpanda.co.uk, the section of www.macpanda.co.uk dedicated to the music of Paul Anderson. A little history lesson. I started playing the Violin at 10 years old at primary school. I soon moved on to study privately with Nestor Franklin from 1979 until 1985, taking exams up to grade 7, and passing each with Distinction with the notable exception of grade 5 in which I barely scraped a pass. After reaching Grade 7 I stopped formal lessons, feeling that it would be nice to play something that was a little more relaxed.

Moving on the greater part of 20 years, and the music of choice is a mixture of folk-rock, punk and rock. The instrument of choice is electric, and the sound comes out of a selection of effect pedals and amplifiers, although I have been known to play most things and still play the "Accoustic" version too. If you need a Stunt Violinist, I may just be what you are looking for.
